I totally understand Microsoft’s desire to make web not war, but most of my daily battles are because of IE…. so….. that statement kind of gets lost with the reality that it’s mostly their fault.

Hi All,
Derek
I am from the UK and are visting family and friends in Canada for a few weeks, anyways I went to ”Make Web Not War” event, it was my first Microsoft event and pretty happy I did. Building Interoperadle Web Apps with PHP (this presentation by Yann Larivee speaks about what makes PHP one the the most dominant technologies for web development) it was intresting and PHP rocks!!! I hope next time they give a bag to put the goodies in…oh and those lovely prizes…

Wow, this is a very cool initiative. Compared to some conferences costing hundreds of dollars to attend, to only ask for a donation is awesome!
