Common techniques

After browsing the gallery, have you noticed what they have in common?

Watercolor - very subtle watercolor effects.

Collage - feminine collage.

Typography - strong emphasis of serif fonts.

Hand writing - commonly used for menus.

  Where can I find someone who can make a creative & cute website? All the designers I am finding from web searches are all so generic and formal. I need a creative cute design for a scrapbooking website. Why is it so hard to find someone with creative juices flowing?
